Arbitrary Building – Protection of the Built Environment

4495/2017 Law is a continuation of 4014/2011 Law and Law 4178/2013 and it is trying to cope with the complex problem of arbitrary construction, with urban planning, social, environmental and economic dimensions.

Good knowledge of the legislation, detailed data recording, thorough check of each study case and the preparation of a complete file with all the data are the important steps for a perfect result.
Having worked in this field, our office has gained valuable experience having managed to cope with more than 15 cases successfully.

Through careful documentation of each individual case, our office is trying to achieve the safeguarding of the client’s property, protecting the public interest at the same time.
