‘Energy Saving Programme ‘2021

The “Exoikonomo”- “Energy saving 2021 programme” is a subsidy programme (75-40%) for energy saving interventions in the existing residential building sector. The programme aims at reducing energy consumption related to buildings in Greece through interventions to improve the energy classification (Primary Energy Saving) of the buildings. The total investment of the project will contribute to the energy upgrading of about 105,000 homes by 2025. The investment includes special incentives to support the poorest and the most vulnerable households in the form of an increased grant rate and a separate budget of €100 million.
Eligibility of interventions by housing-application type:

1. WINDOWS/SHADING/VENTILATION SYSTEMS
2. HEATING
3. HEATING/COOLING SYSTEMS
4. HOT WATER SUPPLY SYSTEMS (Hot Water Supply)
5. OTHER SAVING INTERVENTIONS

Within the framework of the programme, our office has succeeded in fulfilling the criteria of the final inclusion of 7 proposals, taking over the entire procedure and issuing the necessary Approval Documents (Energy certificates, Proposals for energy upgrading interventions, Electronic building identification cards, Small-scale Building permits, Consultancy services in the programme).
