Open Mall

Sub-project 15 of the “Open Mall of Preveza” is aiming at the functional / aesthetic upgrading of the facades of the commercial shops in the Historic Centre of the City of Preveza, protected for Conservation by the Greek Law (PD 26-1-89, Government Gazette 39 ∆/1989) and the consequent restoration of public space in the intervention area. The project is part of the Competitiveness, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme and is implemented by Preveza’s Chamber of Commerce and the Municipality of the city.

Our office participated in the action ,- after an open public call – it undertook and implemented the issuance of 21 small-scale permits (façade restoration) for the businesses included in the intervention area. Through the planned interventions: restoration and painting of the facades of the ground floors of the buildings, installation of light fixtures and flower beds, restoration of sheds, we contributed to the renewal of part of the Historic Centre, respecting its original style and character.
