Renovation of an Apartment

Renovation of an apartment on the first floor of a building on 21st Octovriou, str., Preveza. Part of the interior layout was redesigned, without affecting elements of the load-bearing structure, with the addition of infill walls made of lightweight material (plasterboard). In the bathroom, tiles were replaced with new ones ( granite tiles), as well as sanitary ware. Loose sections of plaster were removed and restored, and new paint was applied on the interior surfaces. In addition, the floors were replaced, with laminate ones in the main areas and bedrooms, granite floor tiles in the kitchen area, and granite embossed mosaic tiles in the Ηallway. Restoration work was carried out on all timber frames and the windows glass was replaced with new double one. Finally, a new kitchen, internal doors and a front door were installed.
